Specific Skills
  • Fluent in Italian (B2+ or higher)

  • Good communication in English (B1+)

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, etc.)

  • Customer-first attitude

Responsible For
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve product or delivery issues quickly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Work closely with logistics and product teams

  • Provide after-sales support and escalate cases when needed

Additional Requirements
  • Availability for rotating shifts (morning/evening)

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
