A European SaaS company is hiring a German-speaking Tech Support Agent to join its fully remote support team. If you're fluent in German and enjoy solving technical issues, this is a long-term role with structured onboarding and great benefits.

Experience in SaaS, CRM, or helpdesk support is a plus

Responsible For

Handle Level 1 technical inquiries via chat and email

Diagnose and troubleshoot simple user errors and configuration issues

Escalate unresolved issues to the engineering team

Document tickets clearly in the internal system

Participate in weekly sync calls and product trainings
