Remote German-Speaking Tech Support Agent

Overview

A European SaaS company is hiring a German-speaking Tech Support Agent to join its fully remote support team. If you're fluent in German and enjoy solving technical issues, this is a long-term role with structured onboarding and great benefits.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in German (C1+)

  • Good English (for internal communication)

  • Tech-savvy, especially with browser-based platforms

  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or helpdesk support is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving mindset

Responsible For
  • Handle Level 1 technical inquiries via chat and email

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot simple user errors and configuration issues

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the engineering team

  • Document tickets clearly in the internal system

  • Participate in weekly sync calls and product trainings

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop and strong internet connection required

  • Availability during EU business hours (9–5 CET)

€1,000 – €1,600 per month (based on experience)
