Responsible For
  • Assist in candidate screening and shortlisting

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers in Italy

  • Support onboarding process (document collection, first-day prep)

  • Maintain candidate databases and reporting sheets

  • Communicate via email and phone in Italian

  • Available to work standard Italian business hours
