A major international telecom brand is hiring Greek-speaking Customer Retention Agents for its Tirana office. Your role will focus on retaining existing clients by offering tailored solutions and responding to contract termination requests.

Confident on the phone and able to handle objections

Responsible For

Handle inbound and outbound calls with Greek-speaking customers

Address cancellation requests and propose win-back offers

Update CRM records and follow compliance procedures
