A major international telecom brand is hiring Greek-speaking Customer Retention Agents for its Tirana office. Your role will focus on retaining existing clients by offering tailored solutions and responding to contract termination requests.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in Greek (C1+ required)

  • Basic English for internal use

  • Strong negotiation and active listening skills

  • Confident on the phone and able to handle objections

  • Familiar with CRM or call center tools is a plus

Responsible For
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with Greek-speaking customers

  • Address cancellation requests and propose win-back offers

  • Update CRM records and follow compliance procedures

  • Report on daily performance metrics and feedback

  • Collaborate with team leaders on strategy improvements

Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in Tirana or willing to relocate

  • Full-time availability, including occasional Saturdays
