Bilingual Customer Success Agent (English + French) – Remote

Overview

A global SaaS platform is seeking a bilingual (English + French) Customer Success Agent to join its remote support team. If you enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced tech environment, this is a long-term role with growth potential.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in French (C1+) and English (C1+)

  • Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools

  • Clear, professional communication style

  • Friendly and solution-oriented

  • SaaS or CRM experience is a bonus

Responsible For
  • Support French-speaking customers via chat, email, and occasional calls

  • Guide users through onboarding and platform usage

  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate as needed

  • Maintain clear customer records in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Collaborate with product and success teams

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop and strong internet

  • Availability during French business hours (CET)

€1,200 – €1,600 per month
