A leading customer experience outsourcing company is hiring Italian-speaking Call Center Agents to work remotely from Albania. If you're fluent in Italian and confident on the phone, this is a full-time, stable role with bonuses and training included.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in Italian (C1+)

  • Basic English for internal communication

  • Good phone manner and active listening skills

  • Typing and CRM navigation skills

  • Prior call center experience is a plus

Responsible For
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Italian-speaking customers

  • Provide information about services or product orders

  • Update call logs and ticketing systems accurately

  • Escalate issues to the team lead when necessary

  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop, headset, and stable Wi-Fi connection

  • Available for rotating weekday shifts (no night shifts)
