Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and network troubleshooting

Responsible For

Respond to IT support tickets via email and chat

Troubleshoot user issues related to Wi-Fi, email, printers, and apps

Escalate complex problems to Level 2 support

Document solutions and updates in the ticketing system

Assist with onboarding new users (account setup, access, etc.)
