Specific Skills
  • Fluent written Greek (C1+)

  • Good reading/writing English (for internal use)

  • Fast typing and clear written communication

  • Attention to detail and customer-first mindset

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or live chat is a plus

Responsible For
  • Handle live chat conversations with Greek-speaking customers

  • Provide product information, track orders, and answer questions

  • Escalate technical or billing issues to the appropriate team

  • Maintain high response speed and customer satisfaction

  • Work collaboratively with remote support team and team leads

  • Available for evening or weekend shifts
