Specific Skills
  • Fluent German (C1 or native)

  • Basic English for internal communication

  • Clear written and spoken communication

  • Ability to handle a high volume of tickets professionally

  • Previous experience in support or e-commerce is a plus

Responsible For
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolve delivery issues, refunds, and product-related questions

  • Accurately log interactions into the CRM system

  • Meet customer satisfaction KPIs

  • Collaborate with your team and report to a German-speaking supervisor

Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tirana

  • Work-from-office only (not remote)

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
