Code of Conduct

1. Purpose
At Dream.al, we are committed to ethical, fair, and transparent recruitment practices. This Code of Conduct applies to all staff, partners, recruiters, clients, and candidates who interact with our platform or services.
2. Equal Opportunity

3. Candidate Treatment
- All candidates will be treated respectfully and without bias
- We do not charge jobseekers any fees for applications or placement
- We protect candidate privacy and only share information with consent
- We communicate clearly about job status, feedback, and next steps
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide truthful job descriptions and clear expectations
- Clients must treat all candidates fairly, including during interviews
- Clients must comply with employment laws and regulations in their country
5. Anti-Exploitation
We are firmly against forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitative employment practices. Any such violations will result in immediate termination of collaboration and possible legal action.
6. Conflicts of Interest
Our staff and partners must avoid conflicts of interest. Any financial or personal relationship that could affect impartiality must be disclosed.
7. Integrity & Confidentiality
- We operate with honesty in all client and candidate dealings
- We do not falsify CVs, experience, or candidate information
- We keep all business, personal, and hiring data confidential
8. Professionalism
All communication and behavior from our team must reflect professionalism, whether through email, phone, interviews, or online interactions.
9. Violations & Reporting
Anyone who witnesses or experiences a breach of this Code can report it confidentially to: [email protected]. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
10. Updates
This Code may be updated to reflect best practices or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
