Specific Skills
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher)

  • Clear, professional phone voice

  • Basic computer skills (typing, CRM use, email)

  • Good listening and communication skills

  • Patience and problem-solving mindset

Responsible For
  • Answer inbound calls and assist English-speaking customers

  • Provide product or service information, resolve basic issues

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team

  • Log calls and keep accurate records in the CRM

  • Meet daily KPIs for call quality and resolution

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop, headset, and stable internet connection

  • Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday–Friday)
