A UK-based tech company with a support center in Tirana is hiring English-speaking Technical Support Agents. This office-based role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and a basic understanding of tech tools or systems.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in English (C1+)

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable with computers, web apps, and basic tech problem-solving

  • Prior experience in support/help desk is a plus

  • Friendly, patient, and professional

Responsible For
  • Respond to customer support tickets and live chats in English

  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps for SaaS tools and services

  • Escalate advanced cases to Tier 2 tech team

  • Update internal documentation and CRM notes

  • Participate in weekly product training and QA reviews

Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Tirana

  • Available for full-time office work (Monday–Friday)

  • No Albanian language required — English-only team environment
