A fast-growing e-commerce brand is looking for a highly organized English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support administrative and communication tasks. This fully remote position is perfect for someone detail-oriented and fluent in English, looking to work from home.

Specific Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Prior VA or admin experience is a plus

Responsible For
  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling

  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports

  • Conduct light research and summarize findings

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat

  • Support online store management (basic product uploads, order checks)

Additional Requirements
  • Reliable internet connection and own laptop

  • Availability to work EU business hours
