An international BPO company is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to join its in-house support team in Tirana. This is a great role for junior IT professionals or recent graduates who want to build a technical support career in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Specific Skills
  • Familiar with Windows OS and Office 365

  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/Printers)

  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

  • Good command of English

  • Experience with help desk software is a plus

Responsible For
  • Provide first-line support to internal users

  • Log and resolve hardware/software issues via ticketing system

  • Assist with workstation setups and configurations

  • Troubleshoot basic network problems

  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
