Responsible For
  • Onboard new Greek-speaking customers and provide product training

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve client issues

  • Monitor customer usage and recommend upsells or renewals

  • Track and report customer feedback

  • Laptop and reliable internet connection

  • Available to work during EU business hours
