  • Comfortable using a headset, computer, and call software

  • Call center experience is a plus but not required

Responsible For
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with Italian-speaking customers

  • Support inquiries related to products, services, or billing

  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent experience

  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors

  • Keep call logs updated in the internal CRM

Additional Requirements
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vlorë

  • Available for weekday shifts (no late-night calls)
