Specific Skills

  • Mandatory use of PPE (personal protective equipment)

  • Documented experience with large hydraulic press brakes or similar heavy machinery

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bending plans

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

  • Knowledge of 5S methodology and workplace discipline

  • Forklift and crane certificates are an advantage

  • English or French required (communicative level)

  • Punctual, precise, and detail-oriented

  • Independent, but also a team player with good communication skills

  • Professional attitude and readiness for long-term cooperation

  • Own work clothing required

Responsible For

  • Operate and monitor heavy hydraulic press brakes (up to 4000 tons, for steel elements up to 16 meters)

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, bending sequences, and work instructions

  • Set up machines, adjust parameters, and choose proper tools for each task

  • Handle and position large and heavy steel sheets safely for forming

  • Perform quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications

  • Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

  • Report equipment faults, material issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor

  • Keep the workplace clean and organized according to safety and 5S standards
