Relocation Case Manager – Remote, English-Speaking

Overview

A fast-growing international mobility firm is hiring a Relocation Case Manager to guide digital nomads, remote workers, and professionals through their relocation journey. This is a remote role focused on communication, coordination, and care.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in English (C1 or native)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Empathetic, solution-focused communicator

  • Familiarity with relocation, expat life, or visa processes is a plus

  • Tech-savvy with Google Docs, Trello, Slack

Responsible For
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients relocating to various countries

  • Coordinate visa, housing, banking, and document logistics

  • Communicate with clients via email, video call, and WhatsApp

  • Liaise with in-country partners (agents, landlords, translators)

  • Maintain CRM records and case timelines

Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in Europe or a close timezone (GMT–2 to GMT+3)

  • Laptop and stable internet

  • Available full-time during EU business hours
