A fast-growing international mobility firm is hiring a Relocation Case Manager to guide digital nomads, remote workers, and professionals through their relocation journey. This is a remote role focused on communication, coordination, and care.
Specific Skills

Fluent in English (C1 or native)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Empathetic, solution-focused communicator

Familiarity with relocation, expat life, or visa processes is a plus

Tech-savvy with Google Docs, Trello, Slack
Responsible For

Manage a portfolio of international clients relocating to various countries

Coordinate visa, housing, banking, and document logistics

Communicate with clients via email, video call, and WhatsApp

Liaise with in-country partners (agents, landlords, translators)

Maintain CRM records and case timelines
Additional Requirements

Must be based in Europe or a close timezone (GMT–2 to GMT+3)

Available full-time during EU business hours
