Remote Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English + Italian)

Overview

A European consulting firm is hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant to support administrative and client communication tasks. This is a fully remote role for fluent English and Italian speakers who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Specific Skills
  • Fluent in Italian (C1+) and English (C1+)

  • Excellent written communication

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Trello

  • Discreet and professional handling of confidential data

Responsible For
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel bookings

  • Draft and translate client communications (emails, letters)

  • Perform basic research and prepare summaries

  • Organize documents in Google Drive or Dropbox

  • Join virtual meetings and take notes when needed

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop, headset, and stable internet

  • Availability during standard Italian business hours
