A European BPO firm is hiring a Remote Invoice Processing Assistant to join its finance back-office team. This entry-level role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who want to work from home and gain experience in digital finance workflows.

Specific Skills
  • Good English (B2+) written and spoken

  • Fast and accurate data entry

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel

  • Organized and focused on routine tasks

  • Previous admin or finance experience is a plus

Responsible For
  • Review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness

  • Enter invoice data into accounting systems

  • Flag duplicates, errors, or missing information

  • Communicate with internal teams to confirm purchase orders

  • Support weekly report generation for finance department

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop and internet required

  • Must be available Mon–Fri during standard EU business hours
