Remote IT Support Technician – Entry Level

Overview

A cloud services provider is hiring a Remote IT Support Technician to assist users with common software and hardware issues. This entry-level role is perfect for tech-savvy candidates with a service mindset and strong communication skills.

Specific Skills
  • Good English communication (B2+)

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and network troubleshooting

  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking

  • Familiarity with help desk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

  • Customer service mindset

Responsible For
  • Respond to IT support tickets via email and chat

  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Wi-Fi, email, printers, and apps

  • Escalate complex problems to Level 2 support

  • Document solutions and updates in the ticketing system

  • Assist with onboarding new users (account setup, access, etc.)

Additional Requirements
  • Laptop and stable internet

  • Able to work standard EU hours (flexible shifts available)

€900 – €1,500 per month
